NEW AND UPDATED! Return of the Southwest California mariposa lily shirt with the addition of a left shoulder graphic, which includes a map of the Jepson Floristic Regions with the SW region highlighted. I have added a mostly new set of colors. This popular design includes intermediate mariposa lily (Calochortus weedii var. intermedium), Catalina mariposa lily (Calochortus Catalina), and Plummer’s mariposa lily (Calochortus plummerae). These species are generally found more to the northern portions of the SW California Jepson province. The art work is based on original gouache paintings.

The design is currently available in pre-shrunk (except Comfort Colors) 100% cotton short-sleeve, long-sleeved (unisex), and long-sleeved (ladies) shirts. The short-sleeved shirts are available in maroon, sand, steel blue, and citrine (although, temporarily I am out of small and medium!). The citrine shirt is a Comfort Colors tie-dye design with each shirt with a slightly different pattern. It is a very soft, light fabric shirt. I am told the Comfort Colors do shrink a little, so take that into consideration. The comfort colors is a pricier shirt. The Steel blue is ring-spun cotton (also a lighter but not as soft as the Comfort Colors shirt). The long-sleeved shirts are available in forest green (unisex) or heliconia (ladies). Sorry, XL was not available for Citrine and Heliconia shirts. I am hoping to add heather colors in 2023 and perhaps a different tie-dye color. Heathers and tie-dye shirts have been very difficult to obtain due to supply chain issues.
