This design includes three species of mariposa lilies associated with northern California including Supurb Mariposa Lily (Calochortus superbus), Golden Fairy Lantern (Calochortus amabilis), and Tolmie’s Star Tulip (Calochortus tolmiei).  The original paintings were in gouache water color and transformed into digital prints.  Printed on 100% preshrunk Gildan Tshirts.  The last of these, all Large or Extralarge shirts. Before the 2024 Northern California Botanists symposium, I will likely offer a new version of this shirt with at least one species not seen on this shirt.
